Bu metin, AREKA Yazılım ve Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş.'nin ("Areka", areka.ai) kişisel verilerini hangi amaçla ve hangi hukuki sebeple işlediğini, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki haklarını açıklar.

2. İşlediğimiz veriler

Giriş bilgileri: e-posta adresin ve şifren (şifreni kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcımız yalnızca özetlenmiş olarak saklar) ya da Google ile girişte adın, e-posta adresin ve Google hesap kimliğin. Google şifrene erişmeyiz. Şifreni sıfırlamak istersen sıfırlama bağlantısı e-posta adresine gönderilir. Yönetici hesaplarında, girişin ikinci adımı için bir doğrulama uygulaması kaydedilir.
Hesap ve kurum bilgileri: kurum hesabı kullanıcılarının adı, e-postası ve rolü.
Karbon ayak izi kayıtları: kişisel panelinde hesaplayıp kaydettiğin ayak izi kayıtları.
Sertifika ve talep bilgileri: bir karbon sertifikası talep ettiğinde ya da adına sertifika oluşturulduğunda adın ve e-posta adresin. Bunlar yalnızca yetkili kişilerin (Areka'nın yetkili çalışanları ile sertifikayı sana sunan kurumun yetkili kullanıcıları) erişebildiği sistemlerde tutulur; büyük kısmı veritabanında ayrıca şifrelenir.
Cüzdan adresi: sertifikanı kendi kripto cüzdanına almayı seçersen o cüzdanın adresi.
Demo ve iletişim formu: adın ve e-posta adresin; isteğe bağlı olarak şirketin, telefonun ve mesajın.
Hesaplama raporu: hesaplayıcı sayfasında bir sonucu e-postana göndermemizi istersen e-posta adresin. Adresin yalnızca o raporu göndermek için kullanılır ve veritabanımıza yazılmaz. Aynı adrese bir günde çok fazla rapor gitmesin diye adresinden türetilen, geri çevrilemeyen bir anahtar en fazla iki gün tutulur; e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız (Resend) da gönderimin kaydını kendi süresince tutar. Aynı formda Areka'dan haber ve duyurular almayı ayrıca seçersen adresin, onay verdiğin metinle birlikte veritabanımızda şifrelenerek saklanır.
Teknik kayıtlar: IP adresin ve istek kayıtları. Bunları güvenliği sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kullanırız; IP adresleri güvenlik ve denetim kayıtlarında saklanır.

Blok zincirine (Base ağı) yazılan sertifika kayıtlarında ad, e-posta ya da seni doğrudan tanımlayan başka bir bilgi bulunmaz. Sertifikanı kendi cüzdanına alırsan, o cüzdanın adresi zincirde sertifikanın sahibi olarak herkese açık görünür ve zincirden silinemez.

3. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Hesabını açmak, giriş yapmanı sağlamak ve hizmeti sunmak (sözleşmenin ifası).
Karbon dengeleme sertifikalarını oluşturmak, doğrulamak ve sana iletmek (sözleşmenin ifası).
Demo ve iletişim taleplerine yanıt vermek (meşru menfaat ya da açık rızan).
İstediğin hesaplama raporunu e-postana göndermek (açık rızan).
Areka'dan haber ve duyuru göndermek, yalnızca bunu ayrıca seçtiysen (açık rızan). Onayını istediğin zaman info@areka.ai adresine yazarak geri alabilirsin.
Hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek (meşru menfaat).
Siteyi geliştirmek için çerezsiz, anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplamak (meşru menfaat).
Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek (kanuni yükümlülük).

4. Aktarım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verilerin satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Hizmeti sunabilmek için şu sağlayıcılarla, yalnızca gerekli ölçüde çalışırız: Supabase (veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve kimlik doğrulama e-postaları, AB/Birleşik Krallık sunucuları), Vercel (barındırma), Google (Google ile giriş), Upstash (kısa süreli önbellek), Resend (e-posta gönderimi: istediğin hesaplama raporu ve sertifika bağlantın), Alchemy (blok zinciri bağlantısı), Pinata (sertifika görselleri; kişisel veri içermez) ve PostHog (çerezsiz, anonim kullanım istatistikleri, AB sunucuları). Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunduğundan, verilerin KVKK'nın 9. maddesine ve GDPR'a uygun güvencelerle yurt dışına aktarılabilir.

5. Saklama süresi

Verilerini hesabın ya da talebin devam ettiği sürece ve yasal saklama süreleri boyunca tutarız. Haber alma onayını, sen geri alana kadar saklarız. Süre dolduğunda siler, yok eder ya da anonim hâle getiririz. Blok zincirine yazılan kayıtlar, 2. bölümde anlatılan cüzdan adresi dahil, silinemez.

6. Çerezler

Yalnızca oturumunu açık tutmak ve dil tercihini hatırlamak için zorunlu çerezler kullanırız. Reklam ya da izleme çerezi kullanmayız.

Siteyi nasıl kullandığını anlamak için PostHog (AB) ile çerezsiz, anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplarız: hangi sayfaları açtığın, tıklamalar, hesaplama gibi adımlar; ayrıca tarayıcı ve cihaz türü, ekran boyutu ve dil. E-posta, ad ya da yazdığın bilgiler gönderilmez. Tarayıcının IP adresi istek sırasında PostHog'a ulaşır; PostHog onu saklamaz ve ondan konum çıkarmaz. Tarayıcında “Do Not Track” ya da “Global Privacy Control” açıksa hiçbir istatistik gönderilmez.

7. Hakların

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme, verilerini taşıma ve zarara uğraman hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Başvurularını info@areka.ai adresine iletebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ya da bulunduğun ülkedeki veri koruma denetim makamına şikâyet hakkın saklıdır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This policy explains how AREKA Yazılım ve Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Areka", areka.ai) processes your personal data, on what legal basis, and your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

Sign-in data: your email address and password (our authentication provider stores the password only in hashed form), or, with Sign in with Google, your name, email address and Google account ID. We never see your Google password. If you ask to reset your password, a reset link is sent to your email address. Administrator accounts also register an authenticator app as a second sign-in step.
Account and organisation data: the name, email and role of organisation account users.
Footprint records: the footprint calculations you save in your personal dashboard.
Certificate and claim data: your name and email address when you claim a carbon certificate or one is issued in your name. These are kept only in systems that authorised people can access (Areka's authorised staff and the authorised users of the organisation that offers you the certificate); most of them are also stored encrypted in our database.
Wallet address: if you choose to receive a certificate in your own crypto wallet, that wallet's address.
Demo and contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number and message.
Calculation report: your email address, if you ask us to email you a result on the calculators page. It is used only to send that report and is not written to our database. So that no address gets too many reports in a day, a key derived from your address, which cannot be turned back into it, is kept for up to two days; our email provider (Resend) also keeps a record of the delivery for its own period. If, in the same form, you also choose to receive news and announcements from Areka, your address is kept, encrypted in our database, together with the wording you agreed to.
Technical logs: your IP address and request logs. We use them to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse; IP addresses are kept in security and audit records.

Certificate records written to the blockchain (Base network) contain no name, email or other data that directly identifies you. If you receive a certificate in your own wallet, that wallet's address is shown publicly on the chain as the certificate's owner and cannot be deleted from the chain.

3. Purposes and legal bases

To create your account, let you sign in and provide the service (performance of a contract).
To issue, verify and deliver carbon offset certificates (performance of a contract).
To answer demo and contact requests (legitimate interest or your consent).
To email you the calculation report you ask for (your consent).
To send you news and announcements from Areka, only if you chose this separately (your consent). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@areka.ai.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
To improve the site with cookieless, anonymous usage statistics (legitimate interest).
To meet our legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. To run the service we work, only as far as needed, with: Supabase (database, authentication and its emails, EU/UK servers), Vercel (hosting), Google (Sign in with Google), Upstash (short-lived cache), Resend (email delivery: the calculation report you ask for and your certificate link), Alchemy (blockchain connection), Pinata (certificate images, which contain no personal data) and PostHog (cookieless, anonymous usage statistics, EU servers). Some of these providers are outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad with safeguards that meet Article 9 of the KVKK and the GDPR.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account or request is active and for any period the law requires. We keep your consent to hear from us until you withdraw it. After that we delete, destroy or anonymise it. Records written to the blockchain, including the wallet address described in section 2, cannot be deleted.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and remember your language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

To understand how you use the site, we collect cookieless, anonymous usage statistics with PostHog (EU): which pages you open, clicks, steps such as a calculation, and your browser and device type, screen size and language. No email, name or anything you type is sent. Your browser's IP address reaches PostHog with each request; PostHog does not keep it and derives no location from it. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no statistics are sent.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR you may ask whether we process your data, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, request a copy to move elsewhere, and claim compensation for damage. Send requests to info@areka.ai; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
